To qualify, you must have a minimum FICO score of 660. Your credit score will determine the rate you are quoted.

WILL YOU PULL MY CREDIT?

There are no penalties for prepayment. You have the freedom to repay the hard money loan before its maturity date without any additional fees or charges for prepayment.

WILL I HAVE TO SUBMIT TAX RETURNS?

No, tax returns are not required. Instead, we will use your bank statements to demonstrate that you have the necessary liquidity to cover your closing costs.
